Advance Ruling

Application for advance ruling; procedure on receipt of application; Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling; appeal to and orders of Appellate Authority; rectification of advance ruling.

Accounting Entries under GST for Different Situations

Introduction; configuration; list of ledgers to be created; outward supply; inward supply; closing entries after filing GST returns.

Liabilities in Special Cases

Transfer of business; agent & principal; amalgamation/merger; company in liquidation; directors of private companies; partners of firms; guardians/trustees; Court of Wards; special provisions for tax/interest/penalty; other cases.

E-Way Bill
